I called, got a quote on site within a couple days and then a new a/c unit in the blink of an eye. Phenomenal communication on the part of Nate and his employees. It's pretty amazing how great at their jobs these very young men were who came to do the job. I'm impressed with every step of the process. Highly recommend.

Top notch work done by Nate (Kennerk Mechanical) with our AC upgrade. And this after he had somehow kept our noisy old system running past its prime. Finally, Nate was very conscientious throughout this project.

Nate was absolutely amazing! Kennerk!! We had a new AC unit installed this summer. The first one didnt seem to cool as well as our old (dead) unit. So Nate came back out, tweaked a few things and told us to call him back if it still didnt seem to be working well. He reached out to usa few days later and we told him it still hasnt getting very cool upstairs, he came back out and installed a whole new unit with no hassle. He also was amazing with my 3 & 6 year old kids. He taught them all about how the unit works, and answered all of their questions about the tools he was using etc. He never once acted like they were in his way or bothering him. The customer service is unmatched and the price was lower than two other local company quotes we received. We will definitely be life long Kennerk customers!
